Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms will be specified in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Third-party services

Our services often involve third-party tools (for example, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Square, Calendly, n8n, Zapier, and Slack). Your use of those tools is governed by the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver our services to you.

Warranty disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechCove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal or agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
